This action painting was created with rage, passion and completely in the moment. I used spray paint and heavy duty wire on linen to create it. My father was a Chicago firefighter and I used to stay at the fire house as a kid and ride in the fire truck with him on runs. I watched him lead his crew up into burning buildings. He was badly burned when I was a kid which was traumatic for me, seeing his melted skin. Fire has always been a strong symbol of destruction and beauty and danger in my life. As has been wire; because like him in his 'side job' I was a journeyman electrician. I hate wire and I hated wiring houses in the dead of winter in Chicago. The thrash marks were made with violent strokes using heavy duty wire, and I injured myself in the process. 

Is it true that I must first go through the fire to become a man?

This piece is  somewhat of a self-portrait. ER's deep passion for nature and  his interest in the powers within are a common thread in his work. The original was created on an 8'x8' wood panel using spray paint. 

In There Somewhere

This NFT is a symbol of optimism, strength and bravery when facing unsurmountable challenges. The Help in on the Way Kid is portrayed shirtless and vulnerable. Despite this, he has a look of determination, ready to face whatever challenges come his way. This NFT expands on that idea with an army of children, all wearing masks symbolizing their innocence. The masks also allow the viewer to place themselves in the picture, those kids can represent any of us.

Soul Elevation


This painting was created from a photograph I took late one night after working on scenic design at a theatre.  I had jester-like make up on and felt so exhausted and overwhelmed knowing I had to go back in a matter of hours. I took a photo of myself with porcelain face, large eyes and ruffled collar.
I made this into a digital painting which I added colour, distortion and movement to infuse it with some energy.
In my art I like to find light in tough situations by adding colour, movement and change. If we change the way we look at things, those things change. 

Keeping An Eye

Nothing more than a captured moment of peace and joy. The vibrant colors and characters convey a sense of happiness, something which we can all use.

Peace and Joy

The sunflower has been Ukraine's national flower for a long time, but it has quickly become a worldwide symbol of solidarity for the country and its people since the Russian invasion began. 
Like many of my paintings this started from something completely different.  I traced back my work to learn it started from a graffiti style heart painting that I was manipulating  in 3D.  I took screen shots from various angles  with various colour changed and finally discovered a sunflower.  I had been working on this months ago and put it aside, but recently came across it and was called to create this piece. This painting is emitting positive energy, love and light to the people in the Ukraine and all who are  affected by the devastation that is taking place. 
May this painting radiate love and peace to help heal all.


Leaning Into The Light

Helena Martin's unique skill set as an animator and a muralist is on on full display in this NFT that blends the physical and digital worlds.  Based on a mural that was painted in Austin, TX, Martin meticulously animated the separate elements of the mural to create a story about growth, change and expressing oneself.  Featuring a yellow warbler.  Believe in yourself; believe yourself.

Howdy From Austin

More than a homage, I'd like to give a broader concept of the name "Lady" Bird. A female noble title, a title prefixed to the name of a goddess, like the Mother Nature, she nourishes, provides, cares, welcomes everyone. She is the bridge that connects lives and accommodates differences. Despite controversies LadyBird Lake prevailed and carries good vibes to this piece of paradise.

They are guardians who protect against poison and disease. They are even helpful against excessive rains and typhoons.

Blue Planet (1400 × 1864) an observation of New Mexico.  The dry plains, poverty stricken and abandoned homesteads blanket the vast desert fields for miles.   The desolation is catastrophic.  Coupled with territorial crime and lack of societal needs the question for the Native American lifestyle is really:  do we have this wrong and you right?  Why ask this?  The Native American lives entirely by hunting, gathering, nesting.  These needs are so minimal, it makes a passerby question American Values.  Indigenous people are, is a conversation important for the NFT Community in the continuum of progress and identification.

We come and we go.

Spoken Word Poet and Voice Over Artist, Saint Kyriaki studied where she would learn the art of cut-out collages, & created 3D story collages depicting nature on canvas where she collected wilted roses, bamboo, dried leaves, & other materials created by Mother Nature.

To persevere in the face of fear, uncertainty & doubt is a trait worth preserving. This work is my homage to the Austin artists who've struggle to afford living in the capital city of Texas.

This is my submission for the "Tributary: From Daylight to Nightflight" exhibition, an art walk along Ladybird Lake and Downtown Austin within Mixed Reality. In partnership with Illust Space, SearchLight is hosting this exhibit as part of SXSW 2022. Many artist from all over the world will attend and have their art showcased in XR all around downtown Austin.

A water spirit like a fetus in womb endeavors to protect her soul and purity. The sculpture is also a part of IAMEVE's music video "Raindrops" which is about creation, fractured identity, and transcending physical form. 

PURE

An introspective look at American's led by Olegarks who thrive on derision and propagandize the continual devision through media.  Sadly, American’s believe or ignore the hype!  The need to bring communities of all colours together is the only true end to this fight. No matter what religion you are segregation has no part in life and it is not to be contained but to be shouted from the highest mountain peaked in an all inclusive megaphone. Change is sooooo overdue, White Supremacy needs to be shut down, and the GOP needs to move out.

The title “Reservations Required” is a morose satire in the treatment of Native Americans.  The display encapsulates the American version of world historical treatment to anyone who is not white.
The importance of memorializing Western Civilization is an important conversation on racism in America as a continuum.  It's our duty; my duty as an Artist to display the facts anytime we encounter it.

The Occurrence: Part I

Out of the blue of an otherwise perfectly ordinary day, it came careening down from the sky, crashing in a spectacular and seemingly endless cloud of shimmering ash that spread throughout the land, sparing nothing. No one could possibly have known what would ensue. When the dust finally settled, it was onto a world that would be forever transformed. 

Some say it began on the day that The Child first noticed an almost imperceptible difference in the colors on a snake. But it was still the Before Times, and no one yet understood. 

What All agreed on, in retrospect, was that there is a dark side to seductive beauty that at first remains unseen… 

The Occurrence: Species 3 / The Ash

The Rusting Knight is a hero cursed to live an extremely long life to serve as a constant reminder he couldn't save the one he loved from the Demon King. He spends his days slaughtering demons that threaten the helpless or those whose lives have been tainted by their existence. Will he ever find peace?

This is my friend Leon Bridges and I decided to throw him into my black and white series. In this series I only use the hues of black and white to create a plethora of different canvases. SXSW is all about music most importantly so why not showcase someone who was born in Fort Worth , Texas. I am extremely excited for people to view this masterpiece. Enjoy! 

Boog

A creature emerges from the dank, watery depths, enveloped by a geyser of red; a substance of indeterminate yet ominous nature. Bats flock overhead, echoing the Mexican free-tailed bats that swarm nightly at dusk from under the Congress Bridge over Ladybird Lake in downtown Austin. Haunting, with a pervasive sense of silence that might be broken by an incident at any moment, the bats and the creature hail from the stuff of legend, echoing the legendary status of the Austin bats themselves. All are things that people fear and dwell on, to which they are nonetheless irresistibly drawn.
